The Access and Equity program funded by the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure has reviewed the last round of the Driver Support program run by Judumul and reported to us that:

Throughout the agreement period, your organisation:

  • Supported 103 participants to engage with the program, achieving 114.4% of your participant goal of 90.

  • Delivered 1,263.75 hours of in-car driving support, helping participants gain supervised driving experience and progress towards obtaining their driver's licence.

  • Assisted 58 participants to obtain a driver's licence, achieving 193.3% of your licensing goal of 30.

  • Achieved a 53% first-time Practical Driving Assessment (PDA) pass rate.

  • Delivered driver licensing support services across 3 Goldfields-Esperance Town, improving accessibility for people living in regional communities.
